There are two types of factory sites: planned locations, which establish and
develop factories collectively, and individual locations, where permits or
approvals for factory establishment are individually obtained. One can apply for
factory establishment permission by submitting an application for approval once
the factory site has been selected. Authorities grant approval after conducting
consultations and validity tests.
